Marvin UMC is looking for a pianist.  The church pianist provides piano support to the Director of Music and choir.  Excellent sight-reading skills and ability to improvise over chords is a must. Choir knowledge is preferred.  Styles primarily include traditional music.  Services are Sunday mornings at 11:00 a.m. proceeded by rehearsal.  Special Services include but are not limited to special services on Christmas, Christmas Eve, Good Friday, Ash Wednesday and Maundy Thursday. Other opportunities include Easter and Christmas, Funerals & Weddings.  Pay is commensurate with experience.
