Marvin United Methodist Church is the community's church. Anchored on the corner of Belair and Wheeler roads, the campus includes the sanctuary. Family Life Center, Prayer Garden, and Cemetery.
The congregation's 133-year history of Christian missions and service extends to the community and the world. The church is lovingly referred to as The Pumpkin Church (for its October display and sale of pumpkins) and The Rock (with its historic gray granite exterior). Most of all, we are a community of Servant Leaders.
The Family Life Center not only accommodates church activities but also community agencies which includes youth basketball, volleyball, and soccer teams from neighboring schools and community organizations.
We at Marvin worship passionately, develop our faith intentionally, compassionately, extending ourselves in mission and service, and give generously to those in need.
