- Church Events and Special Holidays take precedence. (Holy Week, Soup-R-Bowl, Community Yard Sale, MarvinGanza, Pumpkin Patch (Users are encouraged to volunteer).
- Users must request additional Dates & Time with the Administer and review schedule for conflicts.
- Long Term users are required to review dates Annually to prevent conflicts.
- HOAs please book in advance up to six months for one-two years of Booking.
