Sunday Evening High School and Young Adult Bible Study
The Marvin UMYF will, with the support of the congregation,
facilitate a youth ministry that has a dual focus: pastoral care and outreach.
First, the youth leader and dedicated mentors of the youth will lead
by example in their efforts to foster a sense of spiritual and social
accountability among the youth that manifests Christ's love for all humankind.
Secondly, in the understanding of John Wesley's dictum, "The world
is my parish," the Youth Fellowship at Marvin will seek to offer gatherings and
events that will be inclusive to youth of all social backgrounds, cultures, and
creeds. In other words, the Gospel preached will be straightforward and
