Dear Friends,
Thank you for visiting Marvin United Methodist Church. I hope you enjoy your visit. Marvin is a wonderful church. You will find the folks here to be a friendly and committed community of God's children.
Marvin is a very active church in our community and supports a variety of outreach and mission projects. Marvin was established in 1891. We are a United Methodist church which means we are connected to thousands of churches all over the world joined together to worship Christ and serve God's children.
At this web site you will find a few of the opportunities for ministry, fellowship and service our church participates in. We gather for worship on Sunday mornings at 8:45 and 11:00. These are traditional Methodist services, with the 8:45 service being informal and the 11:00 service having a blend of traditional as well as contemporary music. Most folks dress casually. On Sunday evenings we have a Bible teaching which starts at 6:30.
We gather on Wednesday evenings for a meal and fellowship.
